We are currently partnered with a multi award winning specialist property solutions contractor, who are expanding their team, seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Benefits of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:
Base salary of £35K-£45K
Motoring expenditure allowance of £3K
24 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off

The role of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
Ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to
Build long term, influential relationships with preferred suppliers to provide flexibility to changing business needs
Secure the company's full entitlement through the contract
Work with the team to negotiate with partners and control the commercial aspects of the supply chain
I would love to hear from the Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has:
Experience in social housing planned works
Data interrogation skills
A drive and passion for the role
QS degree recently qualified or equivalent training
Experience of Management Accounts
Commercial contractor exposure
