Coordinate business cases, grant funding agreements and change requests, ensuring progress aligns with governance requirements and approval deadlines.
Support programme reporting, including Department for Transport returns, DSO/IP/IB reports, milestone trackers and business case monitoring.
Liaise with local authorities, Finance, Legal and senior stakeholders to progress approvals, resolve issues and strengthen collaborative relationships.

Organise meetings, track actions, support procurement activities and assist with governance processes, project assurance and programme administration.
Key Requirements:
Experience in project coordination, project administration or assistant project management, ideally within transport, infrastructure or public sector programmes.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, trackers and competing priorities.
Experience supporting business cases, funding agreements, governance approvals, change control or programme reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships with local authorities and internal teams.
