Role: Assistant Project Manager - Property Services
Reports to: Head of Projects
Location: London City
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Purpose and objectives of the role:

As the Assistant Project Manager at Masterfix, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of projects including passive fire protection, minor and major non-insurance works within the Greater London residential and commercial property services sector
Working closely with the Head of Projects and Project Managers, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Your key objectives include coordinating all project aspects from inception to completion, maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and effectively managing project risks and changes.
You will also be the front line project lead for project customers and project engineers.
You will be predominantly office based but will also have the chance to visit projects on site.

Main Duties and responsibilities

You will coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and procurement of necessary materials and equipment. 
You will monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes, implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with the Head of Projects to coordinate all elements of project work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards 
Special Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working on project coordination is ideal. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of project planning, materials, and installation methods.
Strong Coordination Skills: Proven ability to effectively coordinate all aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management is required.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
Strong IT skills including excellent Microsoft packages (especially Excel), database management and client portals (training will be provided)
