Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Fit Out)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Flexi Time + Pay and Role Progression + Bonus
Are you a Assistant Project Manager or similar and are looking to join a industry leading commercial fit out business that have a very stable and unique project pipeline?
Do you want to full autonomy of from where and when you work, in a business that has a best in class reputation and a variety of fit out projects ranging from £25,000 - £1.5m across hospitals, schools and universities?
Are you looking to play an integral part of a business which has quickly become the leading name in Leisure Refurbishment and reactive/planned maintenance, who take exceptional pride in their ability to train and promote staff, allowing them to develop and flourish in the workplace with unlimited progression routes?
Working alongside the senior management team and contracts managers, you will be in charge of maintaining site programmes and assisting in the planning and initial setups of new sites, whist supporting to secure new projects to add to the businesses growing portfolio.
The Role:
Working with the Contracts Manager to maintain site programmes
Assisting in the planning and programming of the initial set up of new sites
Visiting various sites and reporting back to contracts manager on progress
Assisting with commercial duties and tender returns
Assisting with health and safety requirements
The Person:
Experience in Project Management / Contract Management / Refurbishment / Maintenance
