Assistant Project Manager
Developer / Contractor Business
Location: North West
I am working with a well known Developer/Contractor that are based in the North West, who specialise in New Build & Refurbishment projects across the region, with a storng foothold in the Mid to High Rise Residential space. Projects tend, to range from £10m to £90m.
Project:
£85m Concrete Frame Apartment Scheme in Manchester. Due to handover fully, in 2026.
The role, will be to work under a Project Director and then manage and oversee a team of Site Managers.
Overview of Role:
* Day to day site running
* Coordinating all sub-contractors
* Manage the overall sequencing of works and input into the programme (Asta)
* Residential experience is required
* Managing a team of Site Managers
* Ensuring H&S standards are carried out to company standards
