With your application you will be joining an Industry leading dry-lining company, that has excelled in the sector for over 75 years. Our client continuously pushes the boundaries, pioneering research and development that has resulted in them being the forefront point of contact for any customer on a construction project across the nation.

As a recent Project Management Graduate, you will shadow the Project Manager and Contracts Manager and work closely with the commercial and site teams. Which will expose you to all sectors across the industry, providing invaluable insight and experience into the world of dry-lining, and the exciting opportunities that it can bring for your career.

Responsibilities:

Learning and Development: Gain an in-depth understanding of dry-lining construction processes, project management methodologies, and company procedures.

*

Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. This includes preparing project plans, timelines, and reports.

*

Documentation: Help in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, and meeting minutes. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible.

*

Communication: Participate in project meetings, liaise with stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers), and assist in resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

*

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and gather data for progress reports.

*

Quality Control: Assist in quality inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications. Report any deviations or issues to the Project Manager.

*

Budget and Resource Management: Support the Project Manager in tracking project expenses, managing resources, and ensuring the project stays within budget.

*

Risk Management: Help identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

*

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed, such as organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting the overall project workflow.

*

Professional Development: Take advantage of training opportunities to enhance skills in project management, construction techniques, and industry-specific knowledge.

Requirements:

BSc Project Management or MSc Project Management.

*

Full UK driving License.

What we offer:

Salary of £30,000 p/a

Full training and development.

Workdays 7.30-4.00 (Mon-Fri)
