Description:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to join an independent construction consultancy delivering projects across the hotel, commercial and residential sectors in London. This role offers exposure to a diverse project portfolio and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals on schemes from early planning stages through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of hotel, commercial and residential projects across London.
Assist with project planning, coordination and reporting activities.
Organise and attend client, consultant and contractor meetings.
Monitor project programmes and track progress against key milestones.
Support cost, risk and change management processes.
Assist with project documentation, handover activities and stakeholder communications. Candidates should have:
2+ years' Project Management experience within a construction consultancy environment.
Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Experience coordinating project teams and managing project information.
Understanding of construction project lifecycles from inception through completion.
Working towards professional membership with RICS, APM or CIOB.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a project environment. A salary between £(phone number removed) plus benefits is on offer.
