Assistant Project Management opportunity with a growing consultancy in Leeds.

We are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join a Project Management and Development Consultancy firm who provide advice to occupiers, developers and institutional investors across a variety of sectors including Logistics & Industrial, Offices, Student Accommodation and Residential.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the project management team in delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients within the property development sector. You will assist in coordinating various aspects of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in project planning, including setting objectives, determining resources, and establishing timelines.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
* Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them.
* Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
* Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organising files.
* Assisting others in executing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications and Skills Required
* Bachelor's degree in surveying, construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field is desirable.
* Previous experience in project management or property development consultancy is desirable.
* Willingness to progress learning.
* Confident individual with a professional attitude.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the property development sector.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
