Assistant Project Manager – Design and Build
£45k - £50k plus Package
Central London
My client is looking for an Assistant/Junior Project Manager project to join a multifaced, growing team, this project manager role will be in the Design and Build sector. Our Client is on the cusp of expansion, and they're seeking a talented Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join their ranks and grow with them.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the project and site managers reporting into you.
Ensuing the client/designers specifications and requirements are achieved.
Review and update the programme while recording and monitoring costs.
Reporting to a visiting Director, who will share responsibility of the sites.
Progress report into Director.
Co-ordinating with the architects daily to reach targets. The Ideal Candidate:
Has inception to completion project managing experience, managing projects with design and build / high end experience.
Can provide evidence of holding the position as the project manager on a similar sized project.
Professional qualification and proven experience in construction and site based work experience up to supervisory level.
Proven experience in early engagement with the design team.
Can complete and upload site documentation to the required system.
Has experience of liaison with public bodies and has extensive client facing experience
