Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Assistant Project Manager with experienced of high rise residential builds to join the team in Manchester.
Are you a Senior Site Manager with experience of running your own jobs and looking to develop your career into Project Management. If so this is the job for you
Assistant Project Manager responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Director in overseeing all aspects of construction from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Track project progress, budget, schedule and programme
* Prepare and maintain project documentation
* Assist in managing any issues on site.
Assistant Project Manager requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience of High rise residential builds up to the value of £10m
* Experience of managing contractors and subcontractors
* Experience of running smaller jobs
* Proficient in the use of project management software to monitor and track progress.
