We are seeking to appoint a driven and inspiring leader to join our academy as Assistant Principal as part of a dynamic and ambitious leadership team. The successful candidate will be committed to fulfilling our vision of enabling ambitious futures for every member of our academy community.

New Forest Academy is a successful and popular secondary school adjacent to the New Forest National Park.

We are very proud of our success story. Our recent Ofsted report (September 2023) noted that we are a friendly school with a vision to provide the best education for all. Ofsted commented that pupils' behaviour is excellent and that they are polite and respectful. Our students are a joy to work with and the successful candidate will benefit from the chance to support their continued development both inside and outside of the classroom.

As Assistant Principal, you will join a team focussed on achieving something truly special in the next stage of our academy improvement journey. This will result in exceptional outcomes for a generation of young people. The post will provide significant whole-school leadership opportunities which will provide excellent preparation for those aspiring to headship in the future.

You will join a school where staff at all levels contribute to delivering our vision. As an active member of Academies Enterprise Trust, the successful postholder will be able to contribute to and influence change across a large national network.
