Description:

Work Activities:
* Working collaboratively with Commercial, Technical, Production and QC Teams on a day to day basis.
* Communication of customer requirements across all levels of SHP. Mango and any other agreed products.
* Constantly assessing and ensuring that all product is packed according to customer specification.
* Supporting the Planning and Product Manager to better understand the customer requirements and deliver on SHP strategy
* High awareness and occasional fruit intake assessment
* Sampling of product to customer.
* Work closely with Technical/Commercial to ensure correct specification of stock is allocated to the customer.
* Assisting the flow of material within the business from intake, through the stock system, to the end product.
* To allocate the required amount of material to the ripening team.
* Creating consignments and entering invoices into Rubicon.
* Providing cover for the weekend commercial rota (WFH).
* Providing cover for the PPM

* Communication: Utilising properly, as appropriate, all forms of communication and understanding the need for record keeping.
* Computer /Software: To be computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook and Rubicon.
* Organisational Skills: The post holder must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills & show attention to detail always
