The Role
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you'll lead a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts, ensuring every session is engaging, compliant and delivered to a high standard.
You'll support team performance, customer engagement, operational delivery and commercial success, while helping to create memorable experiences for our players.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
Strong people development and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.
