Description:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager for Adult Care to deputise for the Service Manager with the management of providing a high quality and effective day services provided for people with, Learning disabilities and Older Adults and Physical Disabilities in Solihull. Working on a 6 month contract
Working with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
Job Role:
To supervise a team of Day Service Coordinators and to oversee their management and leadership of support workers and service delivery
To ensure that the service provided meets the needs of service users in line with their individual needs and outcomes.
To support with the development of the service and to help promote the service as required.
To monitor the quality of the service using audit tools
Working on site ( no Hybrid working)
Must hold and Enhnaced DBS for Adults in the update service
Working hours:
Monday 09:00 To 17:00
Tuesday 09:00 To 17:00
Wednesday 09:00 To 17:00
Thursday 09:00 To17:00
Friday 09:00 To 16:30
Roughly with 30 min unpaid break per day
