Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Managers support the Centre Manager with the day to day operation of a busy Fast Fit Centre as well as delivering great customer service and providing leadership support to inspire and motivate a team.
Skills & Experience
* It’s very likely that you’ll come from the automotive industry, probably fast-fit, though we would consider other backgrounds
* A full UK driving licence
* The drive to deliver an amazing service from end to end, every single day
* Working knowledge of maximising sales and turnover, as well as the willingness to develop that knowledge
* The ability to lead from the front in terms of our values, principles and high standards – the kind of person who really lives and breathes it
