Assistant Manager | Southampton | Ladies Fashion | Salary of £24,000-£25,000 / 36 Hours
Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently on the hunt for an Assistant Manager for a glam and reputable fashion retailer in their tier 1 Southampton store! Our client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following - they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings on the horizon!
With High-St trading hours and encouraged time off over Christmas, this is a unique and exciting opportunity with a retailer you will LOVE to work for!
Assistant Manager responsibilities:
Working closely with your Store Manager to drive sales & KPIs in store
Leading by example and providing an exceptional customer experience on the retail floor
Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to progress in their careers
Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends
Visual merchandising & maintaining immaculate boutique imagine Experience and background required:
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail
Strong background in ladies fashion, ladies footwear or accessories
A track record in driving KPIs and developing retail teams
A collaborative, people focused leadership style
Experience working in fast-paced, service focused environmentsWe are keen to speak with strong, hands on leaders who can adapt and work within a fast paced, assisted sales environment! This is a great opportunity to thrive and in a busy tier 1 store! The retailer is seeking a fun, driven and ambitious individual to join their business with a passion for trends and fashion - must have experience within retail management!
Salary paying between £24,000-£25,000 plus benefits
