We're recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Manager opportunity within a flagship Oxford Street location. The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and developing a large in-store team while driving commercial performance across one of the UK's highest turnover locations.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and build a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate the store team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Drive exceptional customer service standards through visible leadership on the shop floor
Support day-to-day store operations and ensure seamless commercial execution
Use sales data and commercial insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
Develop and nurture talent through coaching, succession planning and performance management
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build capability across the team
Maintain high standards across both front and back-of-house operations
Champion brand values and create an engaging customer and employee experienceAbout You
We're looking for an ambitious retail leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about people development.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within a flagship or high-turnover retail environment
Experience leading large teams and delivering strong commercial results
A track record of driving sales, profitability and customer experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
Excellent communication and coaching ability
A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail and leadership
