About the Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the management team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and leading the team to achieve its targets.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the store.

Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead, motivate and develop the retail team to deliver excellent results.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer standards.

Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to maximise commercial results.

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.

Support recruitment, training, coaching and development of team members.

Assist with staffing levels, rotas and payroll management.

Ensure company procedures, policies and operational standards are followed.

Step up and take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
