The Assistant Manager Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in delivering commercial results and creating a positive environment for customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs

Leading, coaching and motivating the team to maximise performance

Delivering excellent customer service and an engaging shopping experience

Driving sales through effective team leadership and commercial awareness

Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training

Taking responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence

Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently maintained
About You
To be successful in this Assistant Manager role, you will have:

Previous retail management or supervisory experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader

Experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, beauty or premium retail

A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering KPI results

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team

A commercial mindset and a passion for driving sales

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

A proactive approach and a genuine passion for customer service
