The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work in partnership with the Store Manager to drive store performance, build a high-performing team and ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance to achieve and exceed targets

Leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver results

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development

Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards

Delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty

Supporting stock management, loss prevention and day-to-day operations

Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence

Creating a positive, energetic environment where the team can thrive
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people and retail.
You'll ideally have:

Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Keyholder within retail

A track record of driving sales and delivering against KPIs

The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team

A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example

A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

The ambition to develop and progress within retail management
Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, lifestyle, premium or other customer-focused retail environments would be beneficial.
