Zachary Daniels has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join a New Store Opening coming to Dublin City Centre. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager who will play a vital role in the store to help achieve the sales targets, support the Manager in the development of the new team and give all customers a memorable experience.
As an Assistant Manager, we want you to be ambitious to continue your career with a retailer who is known for the development of their staff. We are eager to hear from existing Supervisors, Senior Sales Assistants or Retail Managers who want to be part of a successful retail business who are growing.
The ideal candidate will come from a Premium, Fashion or luxury retail background.
We want an Assistant Manager who will be able to learn all aspects of the clients products and be able to use this knowledge to sell successfully to customers as well as using this to train and coach colleagues. Using this knowledge you will engage with customers on a 1-2-1 basis and really engage with them, listen to what they want and match this to an excellent product range through the stories of the brands products.
As an Assistant Manager you must have the passion to succeed in retail and the enthusiasm to deliver great service at all times.
