Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for store sales, profitability, and KPI delivery

Lead, inspire, and develop a large in-store team including managers and supervisors

Drive exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment

Use sales data and fashion trends to identify opportunities and drive performance

Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent within the store

Ensure operational excellence across all areas of store performance

About You

We are looking for a confident and inspiring retail leader with a strong background in high street fashion retail.

You will ideally have:

Experience within fashion management

A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in a high-footfall environment

Strong understanding of fashion trends, product, and visual merchandising

Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills

A hands-on, energetic, and motivating management style

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to react quickly to trade
