A long-established Electrical Wholesaler based in Nottingham, are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for Internal Sales duties, assisting in other areas of the branch as needed and supporting / overseeing the internal team.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Supporting and overseeing trade counter, sales and warehouse staff within the branch
To ensure the smooth running of the branch in the Branch Managers absence.
• Building relationships with a variety of customers in different market segments to provide a customised service offering
• Support the busy trade counter, serving customers face-to-face
• Proactive and reactive telephone sales
• Actively chasing quotes for feedback and order progression
• Producing timely and accurate customer quotations

Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Team player
