Assistant Management Accountant - Solihull

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional seeking an opportunity to grow and contribute to a dynamic organization? I am currently recruiting for a dedicated Assistant Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing organisation and play a key role in supporting their financial operations.

As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will work closely within the finance team to assist in various aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and planning. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in management accounting processes and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing reports, and analysing trends.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statuary accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Monthly reconciliation of the sales and purchase ledger

Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. (ACCA/ACA/CIMA certification a plus)
2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a management accounting capacity.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
