Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes
Posting payroll journals
Conducting bank and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Processing Credit Cards
Managing Petty Cash and maintaining the Petty Cash log
Supporting audits by gathering necessary documentation
Ensuring confidentiality of financial information
Embracing new technologies and processes with a willingness to learn
Providing cover for the Accounts department when neededWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Finance/Accounts department
AAT Qualified (or in progress)
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
