Assistant Management Accountant, Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
As an Assistant Management Accountant at Marbrook, you will be an integral part of the accounting and finance team, based in our head office. We are a fast growing, luxury healthcare provider looking to expand our established team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and IT, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced assistant management accountant that is looking for the next step in their career.
As an organised and enthusiastic individual, you will work accurately and productively within a busy professional environment adhering to tight deadlines and provide accurate financial information to the finance team as needed.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the preparation of month end accounts
* Balance sheet, supplier statements and bank statement reconciliations
* Providing support to the wider finance team when needed
* Help in answering supplier/client’s queries in a timely manner
With excellent communication skills you will have the ability to adapt your approach and show real empathy and compassion where necessary, and experience in a healthcare environment and studying towards an accountancy qualification would be an advantage.
