CMA are partnering with an ambitious business who are on the acquisition trail to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a time of significant change with a new Finance Director in post, who has exciting and progressive plans for the team. The Assistant Management Accountant will play a key role in the daily report, analysis and production of management accounts.
What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?
Balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities;
Ad hoc analysis including variance analysis;
Gathering information and producing daily and weekly reports;
Internal stakeholder engagement including advising and educating around finance matters;
Other ad hoc duties within finance.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:
ACCA/CIMA studying or ambition to begin your studies this year;
Strong varied experience across transactional finance and assisting with production of management accounts;
A proven analytical and problem solving skillset;
Strong IT skills including pivot tables within Excel.
