Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a well-established business based on the outskirts of Petersfield on a permanent basis. This position will play an important role in delivering accurate financial information and providing insight to support business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their management accounting skills within a commercial environment.

The Assistant Management Accountant Role:  

Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
Providing analysis and insight to help understand business performance and key financial trends
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Supporting month-end processes, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with fixed asset management and other accounting activities as required
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance financial reporting The Ideal Assistant Management Accountant Candidate:

Previous experience within a similar position
Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Commercially minded with an interest in understanding the wider business impact of financial information
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and ways of working
