Temporary Assistant Management Accountant
Gayton, near Kings Lynn
On site working, with flexibility.
We are seeking an immediately available Assistant Management Accountant to support a business in Gayton.
The role:
• Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
• Assist with raising invoices for facilities
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
• Use finance and administration systems effectively to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
• Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and authorised appropriately.
• Assist with the bank reconciliation
• Assist with the payment runs where required
The successful person will have experience in a similar role and be able to start work almost straight away.
