Assistant Internal Communications Business Partner
Full-time, permanent position
Location: 5 days a week in Canary Wharf
Need to come from a strong construction background
Main Responsibilities
Support in the planning and delivery of communications across the organisation
Draft project content for the website, capability documents, brochures, live projects
Integrate corporate branding, tone of voice and narrative into text, supported by relevant images
Develop, write, manage and post a range of content on the company's internal and external communications channels (intranet, internal emails, website, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
Develop robust relationships with sector leads, project teams in company function teams, providing communications support
Manage effective internal communications channels and build trust across the organisation, driving impactful change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and feedback
Ensure the company's brand guidelines are followed in all communications activities, briefing our external graphic designer
