I'm working with a privately owned developer who are looking to appoint an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor as their project pipeline continues to grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their commercial knowledge, working directly alongside an experienced commercial lead and gaining exposure to both procurement and post-contract management on high-end hospitality developments.

The Role
Supporting procurement and commercial management across multiple luxury hotel developments
• Tendering and procurement of subcontract packages
• Obtaining and analysing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Supporting subcontract administration and package management
• Assisting with variations, change management and commercial reporting
• Working closely with design, delivery and commercial teams throughout project lifecycles
• Learning directly from an experienced commercial lead

High-end luxury hotel developments across London
• Recently completed 170-room luxury hotel scheme in Soho
• Multiple hotel projects at various planning and delivery stages
• Long-term pipeline of secured hospitality developments
What they're looking for
Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor level
• Consultancy, developer or main contractor background considered
• Strong procurement and commercial awareness
• Good understanding of JCT contracts
• Ambitious and keen to learn
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to take ownership
