£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

gap construction are proud to be representing a well-established, independent construction consultancy in their search for an Assistant / Intermediate Project Manager to join their growing Northampton office.

Performance Objectives
* Assist in the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion across all RIBA stages
* Support Senior Project Managers with project planning, programming and reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Attend client, design and site meetings, preparing accurate minutes and action trackers
* Monitor project progress, identifying risks and helping ensure projects remain on programme and within budget
* Assist with contract administration and procurement activities where required
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety and statutory requirements
Person Specification
* Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Previous experience within a construction consultancy or contractor environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Keen to develop a long-term career in project management
* Working towards, or interested in achieving, professional chartership (APM, RICS or similar)
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
