Description:
Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Head Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Handsworth on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for an established school leader who is passionate about driving educational excellence whilst continuing to have a significant classroom teaching commitment within Key Stage 1.
The Role
Part-time position (3 days per week)
Assistant Head Teacher responsibilities within the school leadership team
Teaching commitment of approximately 60% of the timetable in Key Stage 1
Working collaboratively with the Headteacher, leadership team, staff, pupils, and parents
Supporting school improvement priorities and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
Leading and inspiring colleagues through effective leadership and professional support
Monitoring pupil progress and helping to drive positive outcomes across the school
