Working closely with staff, families, governors and external agencies, you will help create a culture where every pupil feels valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

This role offers the opportunity to influence whole-school improvement, contribute to strategic decision-making and make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils, families and the wider school community.

* Analyse attendance, behaviour and achievement data to identify trends and implement targeted improvement strategies.

* Support and coach staff in delivering high-quality inclusive teaching and learning.

* Lead on pupil wellbeing, behaviour and engagement initiatives.

* Develop strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities and external professionals.

* Contribute to school self-evaluation, improvement planning and Ofsted readiness.

* Deputise for members of the senior leadership team when required.

* Experience in a leadership role such as SENCO, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy SENCO, Phase Leader, Inclusion Lead or Head of Year.

* Strong understanding of SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education.

* Experience leading whole-school initiatives and driving school improvement.

* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to analyse data and use evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
