My client are a regional housebuilder renowned for delivering exceptional family homes across the Shropshire and Wales areas.
They are seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
As the Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the senior commercial team, offering you an ideal platform to grow and excel in your career.
Your role will include:
Working on a range of new build housing projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
Assisting with reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
Helping to evaluate, price, negotiate, and finalise budgets and costs for project scope changes.
