Assistant / Graduate Design Manager | Main Contactor | Commercial & Industrial | Up to £50,000 | Remote working
I'm working with a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial and engineering projects across London and the South East.
Due to securing £(phone number removed) worth of work, they're looking to appoint either a Graduate Design Manager / Assistant Design Manager or potentially a more intermediate-level Design Manager depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop under an experienced team whilst gaining exposure to live projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

The Role
Supporting design coordination across multiple live projects
• Assisting with consultant management and design team coordination
• Reviewing design information and ensuring information is issued correctly
• Attending design team, client and subcontractor meetings
• Supporting technical compliance and design management processes
• Visiting project sites as required, typically every couple of weeks
• Exposure to projects from pre-construction through to completion
What they're looking for
Graduate Design Manager, Assistant Design Manager or Junior Design Coordinator background
• Ideally 1–2 years' construction, technical or design experience
• Commercial, industrial, engineering or main contractor experience beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Keen to learn and develop within design management
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
