About the Role:
Our client is seeking an Assistant General Manager to collaborate with the General Manager in leading their team and driving business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining their excellent reputation, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic and hands-on, leading by example.
- Highly organised with a thorough understanding of operational standards, processes, and systems.
- Adept at providing outstanding customer service and representing the face of the establishment.

As Assistant Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the management team to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of team development, motivating and inspiring staff.
- Be adaptable and capable of contributing to various areas of operations, drawing from previous experience in pubs, restaurants, or hotels.
- Have experience managing a busy restaurant, kitchen, and team.
