Assist the Centre Manager in daily operations, including managing staff, service delivery, and financial performance
Support technicians in the service bays, performing minor fast-fit repairs and servicing when necessary
Manage the front desk, including customer greetings, authorising work, and updating customers on vehicle progress
Oversee workshop workload, control job cards and ensure efficient workflow
Price work and invoice customers accurately
Source and replenish parts and tyres, maintaining stock control
Contribute to achieving sales and performance targets through excellent customer service
Support administrative duties related to the smooth running of the centre
Assist in motivating and leading the workshop team to deliver high standards of serviceRequirements of a Assistant Fast-Fit Manager:
Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
Good mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out minor repairs and servicing
Previous experience in workshop leadership or supervisory roles is advantageous
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to motivate a team and work towards targets
