Uniform and PPE suppliedDuties:
Assist the Centre Manager in the smooth operation of the centre
Support management of workloads, staffing, and operational targets
Monitor and control stock levels effectively
Ensure health and safety standards are consistently maintained
Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures
Contribute to achieving the centre’s overall objectives and KPIsRequirements:
Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
