Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday

Within this position you will be assisting in the management of services, handling the maintenance and upkeep of existing property portfolios, both commercial and residential.

Some of your duties within this role will include:
Managing relationships with regional contractors, maintenance team and other contractors.
Liaising with tenants and ensuring any issues are resolved
Managing repairs, carrying out regular and thorough property inspections and upkeeping the existing portfolio.

Within this role you must have previous property management experience or similar, be highly motivated and results driven, highly organised and a strong multi-tasker.
