An international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in managing the daily operations of online banking and debit card platforms.

Your duties will include:

* Planning, implementing, and monitoring e-channel projects and initiatives

* Coordinating with IT and vendors for system maintenance, updates, and issue resolution

* Reporting on operational performance

* Providing guidance and support to the team in executing operational tasks

* Contributing to the development and testing of new features/services and support process improvements

* Ensuring compliance with security & regulatory requirements

Your experience must include:

* Strong proven experience in E-channel operations, digital banking, or card management

* Experience with digital product management and system support preferred

* A good understanding of banking operations, digital platforms, and regulatory requirements

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral

* Fluency in Cantonese is essential

* Degree educated

This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely
