The role of Assistant Director of Technical Services has been created to focus on all strategic and operational elements of Property Safety, technical and compliance delivery across an expensive property portfolio. The individual will be responsible for the delivery of technical services ensuring current and future customer satisfaction within agreed annual budgets and targets. Be able to be to challenge stakeholders 

Have experience working within property across a large portfolio 

Have led and managed and delivered teams within compliance areas such as gas, fire and electrical

Hold knowledge and have the ability to create performance improvement in a property focused environment

Hold the experience in creating value and satisfaction across a customer focused organisation with the ability to commercially meet organisational budgets whilst ensuring excellence within compliance and technical services
