Description:
We are currently working with one of our clients, who are a leading residential developer in Buckinghamshire, who are looking to recruit an Assistant Development Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
Research and review planning applications and identify opportunities and site constraints efficiently.
Undertake feasibility studies.
Support the Development Manager and ensure the development remains within the financial budget.
Manage the cash flow of the development.
Assist the team to complete paperwork and reports in order to gain internal approvals and ensure audit compliance.
Assist team with suitable supporting information, helping the planning process.
Approval of relevant invoices.
Provide support to the team during external meetings such as planning and consultation meetings.
Resolve issues in collaboration with the Development team.
Any other task deemed necessary to the role.The client is looking for candidates from a background with general knowledge in property, either through working for a residential developer or main contractor, or through an educational background in construction.
