The Role:
An Assistant Design Manager who prides themselves on their attention to detail is required to join a busy department. You will report into an experienced and driven Design Manager who has made a very good name for themselves within the business. They will mentor you and give you guidance so you can exceed your limits and reach your potential. You will be focused mainly on the delivery aspects of projects and how changes can be made to make the vision a reality. You will work on various projects at differing stages and of different values, so you are constantly exposed to new challenges and at a fast pace. You may also get involved at preconstruction stages depending on your strengths and what will aide your personal development
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
* A relevant degree in a design field, be that Architecture or Engineering
* A desire to be involved in the deliver aspect of projects
* A desire to grow, learn and progress as an individual in the construction industry.
It is desirable to have:
* Good transport links as projects are in various parts of London
