About the role – What you’ll be doing
My client is recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join a successful team working across a variety of residential construction projects in and around London, whilst training up and learning from several very experienced and senior team members and being moulded into a fast moving and fully competent Contracts Manager. These residential projects vary in size, value and duration, each with an existing team of a Contracts Manager, a Site Manager & a QS, and could use an additional pair of hands supporting in the overall management of the projects which is the perfect opportunity for someone to cut their teeth and develop their skillset on JCT D&B projects whilst making a move towards a full CM role. This role will be seen as stepping stone into a Contracts Manager role within this growing business, which will be accompanies with a pay rise to match. The successful individual will be given a fast track up the ranks if they conduct themselves well whilst working on these live jobs.
