Rate: £240 (Indicative Outside IR35)
Location: Birmingham

Contract Duration: March 2025
Working Arrangements: Hybrid 3 days office/Site & 2 days home
People Group are looking to recruit a Assistant Commercial Manager from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.
Everyday responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparing subcontract enquiries / quotation comparisons and subcontract documents.
Participate in recording of and payment for subcontract work, including processing of subcontract payments.
Assist in cost monitoring of site resources and undertake costing activities.
Assist in valuation of changes to work scope.
Measure completed works for interim and final accounts.
To be suitable for this role, you will need:
Relevant qualification (Degree, HNC/D)
Good communication and IT skills.
Experience working Client side, Preferably Network Rail or Train Operating Company
NEC 3/4 contract experience favourable
