The Opportunity

Working closely with senior commercial leaders, preconstruction teams, designers and project delivery professionals, youll support the commercial management of projects through the preconstruction phase whilst developing into a future Commercial Manager.

Commercial professionals with fit out, interiors or refurbishment experience
Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of cost plans and commercial proposals.
Assist with tender analysis and subcontractor procurement.
Review project documentation including Employers Requirements, specifications and fit out guides.
Support negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
Produce and maintain project cost breakdowns using Excel.
Assist with site surveys and supply chain engagement.
Support the preparation of bid documentation and client presentations.
Assist in managing RFIs throughout the preconstruction process.
Help coordinate landlord approvals and technical submissions.
Support procurement planning and management of long lead items.
Ensure accurate handover of information to delivery teams.
Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality and commercial procedures.About You

Previous experience within commercial fit out, interiors, refurbishment or construction.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Experience supporting cost planning, procurement or quantity surveying activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop your career within a market-leading business.
