Assistant Centre Manager
London

As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our centres. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their commercial, operational, and leadership skills, while delivering a great customer experience and supporting centre performance.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager, deputising where required, and playing a key role in customer service, sales support, and community engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Front of House
* Act as a key point of contact, maintaining a visible presence within the centre.
* Deliver excellent customer service and manage queries or complaints effectively.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
Sales & Commercial Support
* Support viewings and promote available space and services.
* Help drive occupancy and revenue through proactive engagement.
* Develop knowledge of local competitors and market activity.
Community & Engagement
* Support a strong customer community through events and engagement.
* Promote the centre and customer activity internally and externally.
Operations & Centre Management
* Deputise for the Centre Manager when required.
* Work with FM to maintain high standards across the centre.
* Support H&S compliance and customer move-in/out processes.
Finance & Performance
* Support delivery of rent roll, occupancy, and budget targets.
* Assist with arrears and identifying cost efficiencies.

* Confident communication (verbal and written).
* Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems.

This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week.
