Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join their team in Welwyn Garden City within a busy, reputable fast fit vehicle service centre. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual aiming to advance their career in the automotive fast fit sector. Benefits for the successful Assistant Centre Manager:
Up to £36,000 salary depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday working, 8.30am – 4pm

Opportunity to develop leadership skills within the automotive aftersales sectorDuties of the Assistant Centre Manager:
Assist the Centre Manager in the daily operations of the fast fit centre
Manage customer appointments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Supervise and support the fast fit team to deliver quality services
Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and site cleanliness
Support in achieving sales targets and operational objectives
Contribute to the growth and profitability of the centreRequirements of the Assistant Centre Manager:
Previous experience in fast fit centres or automotive service management
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Practical understanding of automotive or fast fit services
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
