Assistant Business Centre Manager - £31 000.
We are urgently seeking a City based Assistant Business Centre Manager. To work for an award winning Business Centre Group. The role pays £31 000 and is office based.
Candidates will have a strong customer service and/ or Hotel background.
Duties:
* Assist in the management of the running of the business centre.
* Manage the Business Centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.
* Carry out billing for all clients.
* Log invoices and charges on in-house system Centre Charge.
* Process catering orders and meeting room requests.
* Deal with customer requests in a prompt and timely manner.
* Book various chargeable services for clients such as couriers and taxis.
* Issue and ensure receipt of swipe cards, keys, furniture etc to clients.
* Create and issue welcome packs for new clients.
* Ensure that all meeting rooms are tidy, safe and welcoming.
* Conduct viewings of the Business Centre.
* Organise outgoing post, ensuring that it is properly franked.
* Provide cover for reception as and when required.
* Carry out administrative and clerical duties for clients.
